As Photo Editor of The Daily Orange, at the end of the 2020, I edited a selection of photographs that best encapsulated the year, a turbulent year that included protests led by the #NotAgainSU movement, a socially distanced semester, a tumultuous election and much more. I collaborated with each section of The D.O. — News, Culture and Sports — to revisit the year's stories and determine the most newsworthy events to include within the article. Additionally, I wrote captions for each image and created a photo illustration for the dominant image of the article.
